After chasing the best rates, we've spent our first two nights at the Waikoloa Beach Marriott, and our next (and last) two nights at the nearby Hilton Waikoloa Village.
It'll be interesting to compare the two. Our Internet sources tend to favor the Marriott and we've been really impressed with a nice room, beautiful grounds and warm swimming pools, and a friendly staff. Tomorrow will be our day to explore the island in our white convertible, but we already know we'd like to return to this Marriott, if the price is right of course!

Looks fabulous! Love the white convertible too.
We are a world away, expecting storms and unable to watch any good shows, which are pre-empted for the tornado watch news coverage.
