In Which Brian Scores Early But Loses The Game

Terry, the Jewel's resident DJ handles the music up in the Vortex, a late-night Disco that for some strange reason we never visited. Terry was apparently once the third-ranked table tennis player in India, a fairly large country. Once every cruise the table is trundled down to Deck 4 in the Centrum so passengers like Brian can make fools of themselves. Brian did manage to jump out to an early lead but it didn't last long. Terry was, of course, only toying with us. If only he'd agreed to a blindfold... -
