The Dora Observatory: Peeking Into North Korea

We're back in our own tour bus and stop for more views into North Korea at the Dora Observatory. There are apparently "security measures" in place below our viewpoint so we're not allowed to take photos at the age of the deck where those free telescopes are located; instead, we have to stand behind a yellow line about 20 feet back from the wall. Still, it's a clear enough day that we can capture some views.
