Zagreb Graffiti and Tagging: Vandalism Or Street Art?

I see I'm late to comment on this post, but as a new resident of Zagreb it is reassuring to see that other foreigners have noticed the problem this city has with vandalism. That might sound strange, especially since most people prefer to ignore the issue, but after arriving here 5 months ago, I can say without the slightest bit of exaggeration that I was horrified by the level of uncontrolled vandalism in the city! In the short time I have been here I find that it gets worse with every passing month and I hope to address the issue with city planning very soon. Your post is a helpful reminder that the problem does exist and I find it reassuring that I'm not the only person who notices it. Thank you.
