After a decent night's sleep - interrupted by a warm room and two hours awake but still adding up to nearly eight hours - we're about to check out of the Intercontinental, walk across to the airport, and ready ourselves to fly the British Airways subsidiary Comair to Victoria Falls Zimbabwe.
We managed to check in online yesterday and change our seats to an exit row for the flight.
We've been duly warned that the airport is chaotic and hot and involves a lot of queues.
We managed to call through to the hotel where we're staying, A'Zambezi River Lodge, to have a shuttle pick us up. We'll see how the day goes.
