The Ambassador Transit Hotels at Changi Airport (SIN) are surprisingly comfortable if you are staying inside security and transiting to another flight. They now even have free in-room Internet if you can connect your device to a LAN cable.
We took advantage of the opportunity to wander through the small but lovely Butterfly Garden not far away in Terminal 3, one of a number of beautiful attractions in this most excellent airport.
We also had a look inside the free movie theater that runs shows continuously. You could enjoy quite a pleasant holiday without ever going landside in this amazing airport.
