Bill Wang said he would take us to a little restaurant where we would have a great lunch for 300 Taiwan dollars (a bit over USD $10) each. Once we confirmed it was air conditioned (a hot and humid day for us considered mild by the locals) we were enthused. Bill's description was accurate.
The first dish served included small chopped green vegetables (Chayote shoots) tiny whole fish and is nicknamed Dragon Beard. It's very tasty and claimed to be very healthy as well.
From there it was seafood and more seafood. We only ate about half of the food but not for lack of trying. It was delicious.
