Beautiful Fish! We noticed the larger fish were placed at our end of the table.
Spinach, garlic, onions, wrapped in taro leaves and cooked in coconut milk over a fire - great smokey taste!

Chicken necks and vegetables along with curried beef and potato.
For dessert, Bakalolo, Cassava (boiled in banana leaves and pounded to be made tender) topped with a sauce of brown sugar and coconut, along with birthday cake that was steamed over a fire.
