October 1 was a glorious day to play tourist in Vancouver, riding the Aquabus across False Creek to Granville Island, and later strolling along the new seawall near David Lam Park before enjoying a Groupon-discounted dinner on Hamilton Street in the midst of Yaletown.
This yacht is based in the Isle of Man. That's a fair bit of sailing.
How they sailed this yacht from Edmonton to Vancouver is beyond us.
We enjoyed our dinner at the Hamilton Street Grill. Our friendly waitress is a special education teacher by day so we talked a little bit of "shop."
