Terrific Flight on Hainan Airlines

We really enjoyed our flight. The food was excellent (especially for a plane) and the service was quite individualized.

For example, the flight attendants wheeled one cart down the aisle simply to set your table, placing one item on the tray at a time, just so.

Everything was done on schedule and it was just quirky enough to be cute.

The only time we've seen individual bread baskets on a plane...
