Malta: Dinner at I Minnelli

Recommended by Italian Hilton employees, a five- minute walk, great food, bargain price... Our newest of several favorites...




Their house vinegar is one we'll be seeking out.


A pappardelle bolognese and a stuffed pizza. Not only the pizza was stuffed.

    It would appear that Malta has more than its share of outstanding eateries -- I have to go back just to have the chance to try more of the cuisine!

      And we found one more today, again within a very short distance from the Hilton.
