The service was excellent and friendly. The old-fashioned business class seats are being replaced. Not that many years ago we would have been happy with them, but we kept sliding toward the bottom.
We landed at Amsterdam toward the end of a massive power outage and thought we might be stuck there for awhile, as it seemed planes weren't moving.
Eventually we parked at a remote (bus) gate. We had asked for some assistance due to Kathy's recent problem with her (other) knee, and assistance we got.
Yes, we made our connecting flight to Munich with time to spare.
