Din Tai Fung Dumpling Bar in Sydney's Westfield Mall

It took us a long time to find it - the mall and its food court are huge and confusing - but it was a pleasant surprise as we treated ourselves to a mid-afternoon snack.

You fill out an order form, queue, hand it in, pay, get a buzzer, find a place to sit, and wait for the buzzer to buzz. It only took about three minutes for our Xaio Long Bao to appear. About USD $1 per soup dumpling - not bad.
