What is mildly annoying, however, was paying up for a Superior King Executive room in hopes of a suite upgrade, not getting the upgrade, and then realizing that what makes “superior” is its higher floor and teapot or coffee maker, depending who you ask.
It does have a lounge (Tex-Mex night - really?) and the breakfast buffet is superior to the Doubletree’s.
We’ll manage.
The Executive Lounge...
No Thai food in sight...
The soup station looks like a cute street cart.
Soup and stir-fried pork and vegetables make for a fine breakfast.
