The main complaints have centered around travelers experiencing great difficulty getting to the hotel, or not getting in at all. We were arriving in DEL Terminal 3 on an international flight, and departing from the same terminal the next day in a domestic flight, so we meet the criteria tidily.
A young employee was waiting for us as we exited the jetway, and escorted us through immigration and security security in an amazingly prompt and smooth walk. The only hitch we our failure to find an ATM with rupees to dispense, apparently a common problem. We’ll try again today.
We checked in, were escorted to our room, ate some fish and chips in their little restaurant, and are waking up after a decent night’s sleep.
