Kauaʻi Bound

Our first short flight from BLI to SEA left late, apparently on instructions of SEA ATC.

Once we landed, employees took about five minutes to affix the ramp to the plane. Still, we made it.

The flight to Lihue (LIH) was excellent, with great service from the cabin crew.

We landed on time, picked up a Nissan Maxima from Hertz (we’d opted for a “Manager’s Choice” special and lucked out), and arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn within 25 minutes.

Our initial impression of the property is positive.

We even have a place to sit.

After breakfast we’ll set out to explore the area.
