Aboard Marina: Dinner in Jacques

The crew has clearly been working like crazy to sanitize the ship. Some of the lower deck staterooms were t ready for occupancy until after the lifeboat still.

Employees are everywhere, holding hand sanitizers, pushing the buttons and handing out the cups from the self-serve coffee machines, and so on.

In the restaurants, the tablecloths are barren and the crew delivers the place settings after we’re seated. We’re given tiny individually printed single-use menus (hard to read). In summary, the noro protocol is in place until further notice.

Do we still have a great dinner? Yes.

Escargot...

Foie gras with a pineapple spear...

Prime rib...

Coquilles St. Jacques...

Pommes Frites for dessert.
