Along with a pleasant 12-Euro liter of the house red, we share a tasty calamari appetizer.
Ellyn’s prawns in pasta plate is excellent.
Kathy, Tom, and Brian are craving beef, so we all order Tagliata with arugula and healthy portions are delivered.
The trofie pesto at lunch was so successful that we order one more for the table.
The server treats us to small glasses of a sweet dessert wine (it might be a local specialty, Sciacchetrà), and we say our goodbyes.
As a bonus, we don’t need to open our umbrellas either way between our apartment and the restaurant.
