PDX Layover Flashback

We’re in the midst of an overnight trip to Portland, on a quest to fly enough segments to qualify for the new 100K status Alaska Airlines  is establishing.

As we arrived at the PDX Hilton Garden Inn, we experienced a sense of deja vu. A bit of research revealed that we’d overnighted here in January 2020 while en route to Albuquerque.

That seems like a lifetime ago. Still, we returned to the same Sidelines Sports Bar and enjoyed a nutritious dinner of nachos followed by chicken wings.
