A Good Cup of Coffee at SFO

Up early at the Holiday Inn Express San Francisco Airport North to catch a 5 AM shuttle to the airport. 

After security, we find the Lake Creek Grill in Terminal 2  and enjoy a fine cup of coffee before boarding our SFO-JFK flight.
