To celebrate, we made a 15-minute drive over to this modest little strip-mall joint, one of the area’s top-rated restaurants.
The traditional toasted corn brought back memories of visiting Lima.
We started off with a very tasty Ceviche sampler for four.
Kathy and Brian enjoyed the traditional Lomo Saltado, a sort of Chinese-Peruvian stir-fry.
How often do you see French Fries and white rice sharing a plate? Great for soaking up the sauce.
Tom and Ellyn dined on seafood and liked it.
Well worth a visit.
