Somehow this doesn't seem like the highest priority of concern to us. Still, we are in the midst of finalizing plans for a trip with Tom and Ellyn starting mid-March that includes a transatlantic cruise followed by a few days wandering around various European countries.
So far, our major concerns revolve around the varying Covid requirements. For example, we've learned that France has added a new vaccination requirement, a booster shot of messenger RNA vaccine within the past nine months. We both got boosters, but not that variety so we may be out of luck.
In light of the terrible situation in Ukraine, it seems selfish and shallow to worry about our own travel plans; however, concerns will arise, as noted in this USA Today article:
