Blane in Europe: Mannheim Hilton Garden Inn

It’s a modern hotel behind an old facade and just across the street from the train station.

We napped for two hours, went for a short walk looking in vain for a restaurant serving German food, and retreated to Mr. Postman in our hotel, specializing in American food.

Tasty it was!

It’s lights out at 10:00pm here, and we’re hoping for a good night’s sleep to ready us for a museum visit tomorrow morning.

We’ll also be on the lookout for Schnitzel tomorrow.
