Is It the Pisco Sours?

We’re sitting on the outside deck of the Hilton Lima Miraflores Executive Lounge, enjoying a Pisco Sour.

It’s a drink that packs a punch, but it’s really getting darker in the late April southern hemisphere, and not our eyes playing tricks.

We enjoyed Friday on a food tour with the Lima Gourmet company, the same outfit we toured with in 2018, and will share photos at some point.
